About Golden Bow

A Special Projects firm built from the principal's side of the table.

Golden Bow is designed around a simple belief: complex residential projects do not always need more consultants. Sometimes they need one senior owner-side team willing to establish the facts, make the difficult calls and lead everyone already appointed toward a defined outcome.

Founder perspective

Experience where the outcome, capital and reputation were real.

The Golden Bow proposition comes from direct experience of development, contractor failure, institutional Build to Rent, building-safety remediation and non-standard residential delivery.

Aspire required a new delivery structure after the main contractor failed, with Aaron's own equity at risk. The institutional remediation case required leadership across a large professional team to control scope, cost, programme and recovery. Corben Mews required an unconventional route to unlock airspace value above an occupied asset.

That principal-side experience shapes the firm's culture: facts before activity, decisions over reports, proportionate intervention and accountability for the route to resolution.

How we scale

A lean core team, backed by the right specialists.

Golden Bow should not become a body-shopping consultancy or a founder-only advisory practice.

Senior leadership

Origination, diagnosis, board-level recommendations, negotiation and strategic decisions remain senior responsibilities.

Development management leverage

Day-to-day execution, actions, reporting and consultant coordination are progressively delegated to capable Development Managers and analysts.

Specialist bench

QS, fire, building surveying, structural, planning, legal, insurance, finance and contractor expertise is brought in only where the mandate requires it. Existing client teams are retained wherever appropriate.

Operating principles

How Golden Bow makes decisions.

Represent the capital

The client's commercial objective comes first. Golden Bow is not aligned to a contractor or technical discipline.

Facts before activity

Do not add another layer of meetings until the real position, value at risk and decision rights are understood.

Proportionate intervention

Do the work necessary to create a defensible outcome; avoid gold-plating and open-ended scope drift.

Decisions over reports

Reports support decisions. They are not the outcome.

Team before heroics

Build a repeatable operating system so delivery does not depend on one individual's capacity.

Ready for what comes next

Every mandate should end with clarity: operate, refinance, sell, hand over or pursue the next defined action.
