This implementation note must be converted into the final Golden Bow privacy notice once the operating entity, email, hosting and CRM configuration are confirmed.
Current launch version
The supplied website does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or a server-side contact database. Until the CRM is connected, the enquiry forms create an email draft locally in the visitor's email client.
When GoHighLevel is enabled
The intended production configuration will send website enquiries into Golden Bow's CRM so the enquiry can be recorded, assessed, assigned and followed up. Before that connection is enabled, this notice should identify the relevant data controller and explain the CRM/form processor, categories of information collected, purposes, lawful bases, retention, international transfers where applicable, data-subject rights and complaint route.
Information you choose to send
Information supplied through a Golden Bow enquiry will be used to respond, assess whether Golden Bow can assist, and manage the resulting business-development or project relationship. Project information may be commercially sensitive and should only be sent where the sender is authorised to disclose it.
WhatsApp follow-up should only be used where the visitor has requested it or has expressly indicated that Golden Bow may contact them through that channel.
Before publication with CRM enabled
Insert the final operating company's legal name, company number and registered office, together with the definitive data-controller contact details and the final hosting, CRM, email and analytics providers.
